When stored in the refrigerator, our Protein Packs stay fresh for 1 week, the expiry date is mentioned on the back of each Protein Pack. For extended storage options, you can freeze the Protein Packs, where they remain fresh for up to 2 months after delivery as they are flash frozen.

At BergFit, each Protein Pack includes 300g of cooked chicken or beef with consistent portion sizes. Details are listed on each pack’s dedicated page for transparency and informed choices.
